Returns & Exchanges

Ciao Bella understands that you might not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, although we do not accept returns you are able to exchange an item for a different size or colour up to 14 days after the delivery date. This is subject to stock availability.

To exchange an item it must be in its original condition including tags and packaging. Once Ciao Bella has received and inspected the item, you will be notified.

In circumstances where the item you wish to receive in exchange is of a lower value than the returned item, you will forfeit the remaining balance. In circumstances where the item you wish to receive in exchange is of a higher value than the returned item, you will be charged the difference.
